What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be listed on the check out page. The cost is determined based on the amount of items bought. 

    What shipping carriers do you use?

    For all USA shipping, we use USPS, UPS or FedEx

      Do you ship internationally?

      Right now, we are only shipping within the USA. International Shipping coming soon! 

        What if I put in the wrong address?

        It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure your address is written correctly. However, we know mistakes happen. So, If you notice you put in the wrong address, please reach out to customer service via email @byaishadaobi@gmail.com or social media DMs immediately with the order number and correct mailing address. We are not responsible for all packages returned to us due an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

          What is your return policy?

          Thank you so much for supporting our small, woman owned, black owned business. At this moment, we are unable to grant any returns or refunds on items bought from us. Every sale is FINAL!!

            What if I bought an item and it is damaged?

            We strive to bring you the most unique designs at an affordable rate. If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to byaishadaobi@gmail.com or DM our social media accounts within 2 business days of receiving your package. Please make sure to include your order number, full name and any images you have of the damaged item.
